Attorney Woodruff is a former Prosecutor, Judge and State Legislator. Attorney Woodruff served in the Florida House of Representatives from 1976-1988. His profession/legal affiliations include the Florida Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the American Association for Justice. Attorney Woodruff graduated from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1969. He graduated from Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida with a Major in Criminology and Corrections in 1965.

Attorney Woodruff's experience serving in the Florida House of Representatives from 1976-1988 gives him valuable perspective into the government process and into the rationale behind many legislative decisions. The perspective serves him well as a backdrop to his work as an advocate for consumer and plaintiffs' rights.

Attorney Woodruff's Alumni service includes, Florida State Alumni Association, present Chair-Elect National Board of Directors, former Treasurer, Secretary and Vice-Chairman. He served as National President of Cumberland School of Law Alumni Association, 1997-1999 and is currently active as a Cumberland Alumni and Supporter.
